Hot Crab Dip
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup Cains® Mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese, plus 2 tbsp for top
3 Tbsp finely chopped scallions, plus 1 tbsp for garnish
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
8 ounces fresh or canned crabmeat, drained
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Combine all ingredients except crabmeat in a large bowl and mix well. Gently stir in crabmeat and transfer mixture to a 1 quart casserole dish or a 9 - inch pie dish.
Sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons of cheese and bake until bubbly, about 25-30 minutes. Garnish with remaining scallions and serve with your choice of crackers.
