Shrimp Artichoke Dip
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 (14-oz can) artichokes, drained, chopped
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 tsp garlic salt 1/2 cup Cains® Mayonnaise
1 cup peeled, chooked shrimp, chopped or use small shrimp, paprika for garnish
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients except paprika. Spread into a shallow, baking/serving dish. Sprinkle top with paprika. Bake until bubbly and lightly browned - approx. 20 minutes. Serve with your choice of crackers.
