Grilled Salmon with Broccolini

2 Tbsp + 4 Tbsp olive oil juice from 1 lemon 
1 small onion, thinly sliced 
1 oz + 2 oz Cains® Light Blush Wine Vinaigrette Dressing 
salt and pepper to taste 
2 sprigs fresh tarragon 
2 - 8 oz salmon filets 
1 bunch broccolini 
1 clove garlic, finely chopped 
1 oz water
Mix together 2 Tbsp olive oil, lemon juice, onion, 1 oz vinaigrette dressing, tarragon and a few pinches of salt and pepper. Marinate salmon mixture for 15 minutes. Preheat grill on high heat and set oven to 350 degrees. Place salmon onto grill and cook for 2 minutes. Save marinade. Turn salmon ½ way and cook for 1 minute to create an "X". Place salmon onto baking dish and pour marinade on top. Place salmon in oven and bake for 10 minutes or until done. Meanwhile, heat large skillet with 4 Tbsp olive oil. Add Broccolini to skillet with garlic, salt and pepper to taste and water. Let vegetable steam until water dries out. Add 2 oz vinaigrette dressing. Stir occasionally to coat well and cook until broccolini starts to brown. Remove and place on serving plate, top with salmon.
