Exotic Luau Salad

1/2 cup Cains® Mayonnaise
2 mangos, pulp only
1-1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 papaya, cut into 1/2" cubes
1  20-ounce can pineapple chunks, drained
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup cashews
2 cups chow mein noodles
2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
2 cups turkey chunks
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mangos and ginger. Set aside.  In a medium mixing bowl, mix together papaya, pineapple, coconut and cashews.  Place chow mein noodles in a 1-1/2 quart glass bowl.  Top with fruit mixture.  Line kiwi slices standing up along sides of bowl.  Add turkey chunks.  Top with mayonnaise mixture.
