Pear and Frisee Salad with Blue Cheese and Walnuts

1 head frisee (1/2 head chicory can be  substituted)
1/2 bag (5 oz) baby arugula
1 small endive, cut crosswise into 1/2-inch pieces 
2 ripe pears, cored and sliced thin
4-6 oz blue cheese, crumbled
1/3 cup chopped toasted walnuts (optional)
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion

4 oz Cains® Light Blush Wine Vinagrette**
OR
4 oz Cains® White Balsamic & Honey Vinaigrette**
Bitter greens balance the richness of the cheese and walnuts in this salad.

Tear frisee into bite-size pieces and combine with arugula and endive; add dressing and toss. Top with onions, pears, blue cheese and walnuts.

**both dressings listed are a great complement to this salad.
