Spinach Walnut Salad
1 cup walnuts (or substitute with pecans or almonds)
4 cups (packed) spinach leaves (2 lbs before stems removed)
½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
½ cup Cains® Fat Free Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing or Cains® Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
Place walnuts on a baking sheet and toast in oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Rinse and remove stems from spinach leaves, dry. Toss spinach and onions in bowl. Drizzle with vinaigrette dressing. Sprinkle with toasted walnuts.
