Cape Cod Salad Pockets

½ cup Cains® Light Mayonnaise 
1 Tbsp honey 
½ cup celery, sliced 
½ cup cashews, chopped 
¼ cup dried cranberries 
2 cups cooked chicken cut into ½ inch cubes (turkey can be substituted) 
6 whole pita breads, cut in half, warmed 
12 romaine lettuce leaves 
6 sliced plum tomatoes
In small bowl, stir together mayonnaise and honey, set aside. In large bowl, combine celery, cashews, cranberries and chicken. Stir mayonnaise mixture into chicken mixture. To assemble sandwiches, line each pita half with one lettuce leaf. Spoon about ½ cup of filling into each pita half. Top with tomato slices.
