Grilled Spicy Chicken Caesar Wrap

4 boneless chicken breasts 
2 oz Cains® Italian Dressing 
4 Tbsp cajun seasoning 
1 head romaine lettuce, shredded 
3 Tbsp + 2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese 
4 oz Cains® Peppercorn Parmesan Dressing    
fresh ground black pepper                                   
2 anchovies crushed & minced                       
4 sundried tomato wraps 
Marinate the chicken breasts in Italian dressing for 15 minutes in refrigerator. Preheat grill. Just before grilling chicken, dip each chicken breast into 1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning. Coat both sides of the chicken. Grill each breast for 6 minutes on each side, or until done. Remove chicken from the grill and allow to cool for 5 minutes. While still warm, cut chicken into strips. Mix romaine lettuce with parmesan cheese and Peppercorn Parm dressing, black pepper and achovies. Lay sundried tomato wraps onto counter top and fill with romaine lettuce mixture and chicken strips. Roll up wraps, cut in half and put toothpicks into each half to keep closed. Serve wraps while the chicken is still warm.
