Mandarin Orange Coffeecake

2-1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 cup Cains® Light Mayonnaise
1-1/4 cup skim milk
1 11-ounce can mandarin oranges, drained thoroughly
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp margarine
Preheat oven to 350° . Lightly grease a 13" x 9" pan. Mix together dry ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise and skim milk. Add liquids to dry ingredients, mixing just until dry ingredients are moistened. Pour into pan. Arrange oranges on top of batter. Sprinkle with almonds. In a small mixing bowl, combine brown sugar and margarine and sprinkle over top. Bake for 35 minutes.
