Buttermilk Ranch Fried Chicken

8 oz Cains® Ranch Dressing
1 Tbsp + 1/2 tsp Olde Bay seasoning
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp salt
1 bunch scallions, chopped
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 lbs chicken (legs, thighs, breast)
2 cups all purpose flour
2 cups yellow cornmeal
1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
1 pint canola oil
Mix together ranch dressing with 1 Tbsp Old Bay seasoning, minced garlic, salt, scallions and cayenne pepper. Add chicken pieces and marinate for at least 4 - 5 hours, (preferably overnight) in refrigerator.  Mix together the flour, cornmeal, parsley and 1/2 tsp Olde Bay seasoning.  Heat canola oil in large skillet.  Add chicken to flour-cornmeal mixture and coat well.  Remove and shake off excess flour.  Add chicken to hot oil and fry, turning overy few minutes to brown all sides (do not allow chicken pieces to touch each other).  Remove chicken and place onto cookie sheet.  Place in a 325° oven and bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until done.
